Tracer Professional - Ordering information
|

|
Tracer Professional is available now for just EUR 75 or GBP 49
(including VAT) and can be ordered directly from us.
Methods of payment are given below.
When ordering, you need to supply us a minimum amount of information,
as explained below.
As the package consists purely of software, it will be sent to you
via e-mail, after we've received your payement.
Once you've received your full copy, all you need to do is install it.
Copies of Tracer Professional bought at a RISC OS show
If you've bought an unregistered copy of Tracer Professional (e.g.
at a computer show), you need to complete the on-line registration
form and install a Licence file before it can be used. For the
on-line registration, you'll need the voucher number that is
specified on the label of the installation disc.

The following methods of payment are currently available:

- Transfer money to our PayPal account
This is probably the easiest and most convenient method, but it requires
you to have a PayPal account yourself. Setting one up is very easy and safe.
More information can be obtained from the PayPal website.
Please supply your e-mail address and the computer's internal serial
number as comments.

- Send money in the post
A good alternative for people without access to the above electronic
payment system. Please include a letter with your full name, e-mail address
and the internal serial number of your computer and send it to:
X-Ample Technology, P.O. Box 77, 5340 AB Oss, The Netherlands.
- Cash at a computer show
Although it's impossible for us to show up at each individual RISC OS
computer show, we intend to be present on some of the major shows in
the UK and The Netherlands. If we are present, we will have sufficient
supply to allow you to pick up your copy.
Please note that we currently cannot handle credit card payments or cheques.

What do you need to supply?

- Your full name (no fake names or aliases please),
- Your e-mail address,
- You full (home or office) address,
- The computer's internal serial number (see below),
- Your payment.
|
When registering TracerPro, you need to supply the computer's
internal serial number, also known as the Unique ID. This number can
be found as follows:
|
- Click the Serial Number button in the registration window
If you have an unregistered version of TracerPro, start it
and click the Serial Number button in the registration
window that appears on the screen. The internal serial
number now appears in a pop-up window.
- Get the IYONIX' MAC address
IYONIX users may also specify their network MAC address
as it is identical to the computer's internal serial number.
Go to the command line and type [EKInfo]. A list of
information about your network card will now appear.
Quote the Ethernet Address.
